Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha

It’s corny, dragged out at times, and has it’s fair share of self sacrificing leads; but it’s an Indian serial so that’s to be expected. Despite all that, I’m really enjoying this show. I usually only watch Indian dramas for the sappy moments between the leads and I’m guilty of fast forwarding through the family bullshit, but surprisingly, the story line actually has my complete attention most of the time. I find male lead refreshing looks wise and acting wise. He has these moments where he gives just the right gesture, whether it be a smile or tilt of the head, that’s so authentic that it makes the scene work. I like that the child actors are used as more than props; Navika, or Nanhi, is a gem. She’s completely adorable and works really well with Kapoor and the rest of the cast.
